Salmon Poke Bowl

Ingredients
Skinless Raw Salmon - 1 1/2lbs (Cubed)
Garlic Powder - 1 teaspoon
Onion Powder - 1 teaspoon
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
Soy Sauce - 1/4 cup (for salmon)
Corn flour - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Mixed Frozen vegetables - 1 cup
Eggs - 2 large
Rice - 2 cups dry
Soy Sauce - 1 1/4 (for rice)
Oyster Sauce - 1 1/4 tablespoon
Green Onions - for garnish
Light Mayo (for sauce)
Sriracha (for sauce)
Lemon Juice (for sauce)
Instructions
Cook rice according to instructions.
In a bowl place cubed salmon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, cornflour and mix well.
Cook the salmon on medium heat until golden and crispy.
Set the salmon aside and in a pan add mixed vegitables, cook for a minute and add 2 eggs until scrambled. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cook until warm.
Combine with salmon and garnish with green onions.
For the sauce, mix mayo, sriracha and lemon juice to taste (we normally use yum yum sauce instead).
Notes
We frequently substitute Yum Yum sauce for the spicy lemon mayo sauce.
