Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Nancy Martin's recipe (a favorite of Mike Enders)

Makes 4-5 dozen 2.5" cookies

• Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix - 1 package

• Peanut Butter - 1 cup

• Cooking oil - 1/2 cup

• Water - 2 tablespoons

• Eggs - 2

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

3. Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

4. Press a criss-cross on each cookie with fork prongs that you have dipped in water.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown. 

6. Cool on a cookie sheet for 1 minute and then move to a cooling rack.
