Gnocchi - 500g uncooked
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
Pesto - 1/2 cup
Heavy Cream - 1 cup
Parmesan cheese (grated) - 1/2 cup plus more for serving

Cook gnocchi according to the directions on the package.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large skillet on medium. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
Add the pesto, cream, and parmesan cheese. Stir constantly until the cheese is melted and the sauce is thick.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the cooked gnocchi and toss to coat it in the sauce.
Serve with more parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
