Easy candied pecans

Egg - 1 egg white
Vanilla - 1 teaspoon
Pecan halves - 4 cups (16 ounces)
Brown Sugar - 1/3 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon

Preheat oven to 275°F.
In a bowl, add 1 egg white and vanilla. Beat until egg white is foamy. Add pecans to the mixture and stir until well coated.
In a separate bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
Add mixture of dry ingredients to the bowl of pecans. Mix until pecans are well coated in dry ingredients.
Coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray and spread pecans out on the sheet. Make sure pecans are not overlapping.
Bake for 30-40 minutes turning half way through.
