White long grain rice - Serving size varies
Boneless chicken breast - family pack (2-3 lbs)
Onion - 1 large (sliced)
Green pepper - optional
Lawry's Hawaiian Marinade - 2-3 bottles
Pineapple - 2 regular sized canned (chunked)

Instructions
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Cut up the chicken into chunks and brown in a sauce pan until no longer pink.
Drain the sauce pan and add sliced onions and optional green peppers.
Add 2-3 bottles of Lawry's Hawaiian marinade.
Drain one can of the pineapple and add the chunks, add the entire second can including the juice.
Simmer until contents are warm and tender, make sure the chicken is cooked all the way through.
Serve over rice.
